NECA is the voice of the $130 billion dollar a year electrical construction industry that has provided over a century of service bringing power, light, and communication technology to buildings and communities across the United States. Our national and 119 local chapters advance the industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards development.

The Long Island NECA Chapter, National Electrical Contractors Association, has been established to provide a collective voice for the Electrical Industry on Long Island, one of over 119 NECA chapters nationwide.  NECA's goal is to provide safe, quality and professionally installed electrical work via education, advocacy, research, and standards development.

The US Green Building Council's core purpose is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built, and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible way to deliver sustainable cost effective electrical solutions. USGBC-LI works to bring these values to the communities of Long Island to cut energy consumption.

The world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,500 members in 60 countries providing networking opportunities, educational and informational resources, and internships for newcomers as well as  highly seasoned professionals.

ACIT, Advancement For Commerce, Industry & Technology, is a Long Island entity that fosters commercial, industrial, and technological growth and development.  ACIT provides a forum for the exchange of information growth opportunities, and quality access to notable issue-relevant speakers, and key Long Island policy makers.  

The Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA) provide a forum for business leaders to network, problem solve and obtain advice on critical issues facing their businesses.  They offer members committees, educational programs, career resources, research capabilities, mentoring opportunities, business advisory services and frequent networking events.

The mission of the Long Island Association is to support growth, economic development and infrastructure investments on Long Island in order to create more jobs and more rental housing, and to advocate for tax reforms and regulatory relief to improve the local economy and strengthen the business community.
